Step by step disassembly is a useful practise for understanding product manufacturability. Notes on this product are: Ribs keep wall thicknesses minimal, the geometry is symmetrical and evenly distributed for two mould injection moulding under low pressure. Standard parts are used with self-tapping screws to reduce production steps and cabling is colour coded to secure correct wiring.
